Most mortgage lenders offer VA loans. I recommend asking a friend or family member for a mortgage professional they trust and start with them. You can also check the VA web site for information that may help you.
And, of course, online lenders, such as Quicken Loans (where I work) usually offer VA loans. Finally, just go to Google or Yahoo and search for VA loans Missouri and you'll have a great start finding a reputable lender.
