Recommendations for banks in Dallas?

I am going to college there next year and was wondering if you guys had any recommendations for banks to use, whether it be a national or local bank. I would like to try to avoid large monthly/yearly fees as I doubt I will have too much money in my account for the first couple of years.

Any credit union especially federal ones are the cheapest in business. Texins Credit Union is one of the largest in DFW. Also try Community Credit Union.

If you have to go with a bank. try Frost Bank. Thanks. twala
