No, Capital One does not have any kind of office in Georgia. Their only physical locations are in Connecticut, Louisiana, NJ, NY, Texas and Virginia. Of course, they also do a pretty big online business.

Why? You do not want them because their apr% is high. And they will hurt your credit score. And do not get behind because they will sock it to you, you get a $39.00 late charge and $39.00 over limit fee in no time. They start you out $350.00. But good Luck
